| A | The nesting season is the beginning of March to end of July and care must always taken when working on trees and hedgerows during this time, if nests are found work must stop. |

| A | This stands for Tree Preservation Order. If a tree is of high amenity value the council have control over works carried out on the tree. |

| A | This is where a machine is used to cut stump out to below ground level, leaving a flat area |

| A | Depends on reason for felling in the first place, but where at all possible then yes because this is good for the environment. |
